Cancellation Timeline:
If you cancel your account during a billing month, your account will remain active and be terminated as of your next billing date. You will continue to have access to your email services until that termination date.
Final Charges:
You remain liable for all charges accrued until your account is deactivated, including full monthly charges for the month during which you submitted your cancellation notice.
Refund Policy
No Mid-Cycle Refunds:
We do not provide refunds for mid-cycle or mid-month cancellations. If you cancel during a billing period, you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of that month.
Advance Billing:
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance approximately every thirty (30) days. Once charged, these advance payments are non-refundable.
Company-Initiated Termination:
National Email and Internet Corp. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate accounts at any time and for any reason without prior notice and without refunding any fees paid for services.

Credit Card Disputes:
You have the right to dispute credit card charges. However, if charges are removed and later reinstated because they were determined to be valid, a $40.00 service fee may apply.
Failed Payments:
If we cannot process your payment, we reserve the right to immediately terminate services and cancel your account.
