Notice Requirement

30 DAYS

Advance notice is required for all account cancellations. This ensures proper data off-boarding and billing reconciliation.

Timeline

If you cancel during a billing month, your account remains active until your next billing date. You will continue to have full access to our gateway until the final deactivation date.

Final Charges

You remain liable for all charges accrued until account deactivation, including full monthly charges for the final notice period. We do not provide refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Data Retrieval Warning

Please ensure you retrieve all important emails, contacts, or files before the termination date. After service deactivation, we cannot guarantee access to any hosted data.
